POLICY 1-1.2 CORPORATE SEAL THIS IS A PROPOSED NEW POLICY

The Montgomery County Public School division may, by a majority vote of the Montgomery County School Board, adopt a corporate seal for use in the division. The seal shall have engraved thereon the official title of the division and such other inscription as the School Board may direct. The School Board shall serve as custodian of the seal.
