At any meeting of the Montgomery County School Board, a majority of the
School Board members shall constitute a quorum.
Call to Order
Should a quorum be assembled at the hour and place appointed for the meeting, the Chair, or in the absence of the Chair the Vice-Chair, shall assume the chair and declare the meeting in order. Should a quorum be assembled at the hour appointed and the Chair and Vice-Chair be absent, a member nominated shall serve during the meeting or until the Chair or Vice-Chair shall appear.
