The division superintendent or his/her designee shall be responsible for seeing that any gifts, donations, grants, and/or bequests to any individual Montgomery County Public School or to the Montgomery County School Board shall be properly administered in compliance with Virginia law. The School Board shall approve any gifts, donations, grants and/or bequests made to Montgomery County Public Schools.
