No school shall designate or use as its official or unofficial symbol,
logo, mascot, team representative, or team name or otherwise cause the school
name to be generally associated with:
1. races of peoples, or any subset of a race of peoples,
such as a specific tribe,
2. a religious group,
3. an ethnic group, or
4. peoples from a particular country or of a particular
nationality.
